Nitza Paz has experience and a reputation of thirty years in the field of luxury houses.

Paz established and managed the Dori Concept Division in the construction company U. Dori Construction Ltd., a project which was uniquely marketed in the Zameret Park and in the luxury towers of Tel-Aviv (Manhattan, Hashoftim St. and W).

She held the position of CEO in prestigious companies which specialize in the real estate industry, such as Hacker which is owned by Ofer Glazer and imports luxurious kitchens from Germany.

Nitza Paz enjoys established connections in the real estate world.  She has a continued attachment to the prestigious architects in Israel, and she connects the wealthy clients to the architects of the top thousandth.
